After payment

Downloads are issued only after Razorpay confirms a captured payment. Keep the checkout page open until confirmation. If you close it, use My Library or your order reference and email to recover access.

Access limits

Links may expire or reach a download limit. Your library displays the remaining downloads and expiry. Contact support with your order reference if you need genuine access help.

If money was deducted

Do not immediately pay again. Use Check payment again on checkout, visit My Library, or contact support with the payment reference.
