Before payment

You can remove resources from your cart or close checkout before completing payment. If money was deducted, verify its status with support before starting another payment.

After payment

Digital delivery starts after verified payment. Cancellation and refund requests after access has been delivered are assessed under our Refund Policy, including duplicate charges or technical delivery issues.
